T.D.O. Property Management Services located in Jacksonville, Beach Florida
This management agency signed up tenants for our home in Florida, made friends with the tenants. When tenant A died, tenant B ran off without paying the rent for the last 2 months. We had provided them a break on the rent for many months. It was okay since it was my money. She still wanted to get paid though.
