Moron Transparency

"...Obama and his aides believe that transparency is an end in itself—government should inform the public about its policies and the people carrying them out.

It seems so obvious. Tell people what you are doing. Create buy-in and ownership. Create trust.

Why don't organziations understand this fundamental precept? I guess that's why the world needs PR firms. Full employment for sombody! yay.
